We are over the moon thrilled, and honored, to share the news with you that our Oscar Carl Vineyard “Loesscato” has been awarded “Best of Show Sweet White Wine” by the 2024 Iowa State Fair Commercial Wine Competition!!! But wait – it gets even better!!! “Loesscato” was chosen as “THE BEST OF THE BEST” and awarded the prestigious “GOVERNOR’S CUP TROPHY AWARD!” We are so very proud to represent Siouxland and bring this trophy home! What’s the easiest way to get to the winery??
Buchanan Avenue isn’t closed, “just” the intersection at Hwy 20. Yep, we realize it’s the most popular one, but you can still get here! Easy-peasy!!
We know you’ll realize how easy – and relaxing – the other routes to get here are!! And they might become your new favorite way to come, even after the construction is done!

Alternate routes are:
– From Hwy. 75 take Gordon Drive/Business 20 west (towards Menards): Take S. Maple Street to Stone Avenue which turns into 155th Street and intersects with Buchanan Avenue.
– Correctionville Road, which intersects with Buchanan Avenue, just North of Oscar Carl Vineyard.
– From Gordon Drive/Business 20: Take Stone Avenue, (driving past Western Iowa Tech on the way), which turns into 155th Street and intersects with Buchanan Avenue.
