On February 26th, we’re opening the heavy doors of The Board Room for an evening that strips away the pretension of the wine world. The Cozy Confessional is not your standard wine tasting. It’s a night designed for the curious, the introspective, and the honest. It’s for those who believe that the best stories are told in low light, and the best wines are the ones we judge with our palates, not our eyes.

The evening centers on tastings of six premium wines, but there’s a twist: Every bottle is a secret. Upon arrival, you will find your seat at our communal table, where each bottle is shrouded in a paper sleeve. No labels and no expectations. By removing the visual cues of a certain bottle, we allow the wine to speak for itself. You’ll be challenged to describe what you taste—not what you think you should taste.

While the wine remains hidden, our guests are encouraged to be open. Alongside your tasting, you will receive A Winetasting Journal.

The Pairing: Savory & Sweet

To complement the mysterious nature of the wines, we have curated a “Savory & Sweet” pairing plate. We focus on how certain pairings transform the hidden profiles of the wine.

The Take-Away

The night concludes with the “Great Unveiling.” One by one, we will remove the paper sleeves, revealing the identities of the wines you’ve spent the evening getting to know. You may find a new favorite you never would have chosen, or realize that your palate has a mind of its own.
